We will refund you under the following circumstances:
- 1. If items haven’t been delivered to you, we will refund you upon your request.
- 2. If items have been delivered to you, we support for a refund for 14 days after purchasing under the condition that the items haven’t been used.
- 3. We are not able to offer you services/products due to irresistible reasons or out of stock.
- 4. We deliver you the wrong items or the item is unusable.
